As a General Contractor I have been building custom homes in Utah for approximately 16 years. Before becoming a General Contractor, I started out framing and doing concrete as I put my self through college. I grew a small framing business which developed into a specialized custom home framing company. During the pursing years I have worked in all trades and phases of residential and commercial building. Through hands on experience and time I have gained extensive knowledge in dealing with people, managing projects and resolving problems that can arise during the course of construction. My experience varies from developing small subdivisions, commercial projects, specialty projects involving geotechnical studies/engineering to large and small additions and remodels. As a contractor, I am devoted to long term relationships with clients. I believe my best marketing tool has been not only providing a quality product but assuring proper and good communication with clients. The majority of the work that I have performed comes through referrals. I am very detail oriented. I like things to be done correct and efficient. I think that it is extremely important to be on every job daily in order to manage quality control, time, and efficiency. I respect the needs of clients and value their position.

A general contractor is only as good as his sub-contractors. I have built good relationships with sub-contractors through years of experience and communication. All of which provides a quality product for the client.

I graduated from the University of Utah in Business Management. I speak fluent Spanish. I taught Construction Management as a part-time instructor at Utah Valley University.
