The home that Kent Clayton is constructing for us, Julie and John Gianoli, is scheduled to be completed in the next several weeks. We are happy to provide Kent with this assessment of his efforts.

We would be considered individuals that exercise our due diligence obligations with capital Ds. We looked at homes and lots in St. George for several years and attended multiple “Parade of Home” shows before settling on our lot in the Stucki Farms development. After making that decision the necessity of hiring a contractor was the next obstacle. From the list of approved contactors we again did our home work and ultimately selected Kent.

Kent has proven to be an excellent choice. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He has been very attentive to our needs particularly because we live three hours away and are not readily available to answer questions and review progress. He has adhered to the agreed upon pricing and works well with the various sub contractors.

Kent has made this project an enjoyable experience. We look forward to our pending completion date and would strongly endorse Kent as a general contractor.
